Emergency plan
An emergency plan lays down how to prepare for calamities and how to deal with calamities. The plan shows the organizational structures, procedures and agreements in case of calamities. The plan describes who has which tasks and powers in the event of calamities and how coordination with regulations and other organizations takes place. Also, the evacuation maps with routes, extinguishing agents, first aid posts etc. are always included in the plan. For the actual combating of calamities, calamity response plans can be drawn up. This states how to act in the event of different types of calamities.
